What counts as a user?
Users in scope: the Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop users the collector saw in the last 30 days. We price in bands, not metered counts, so the bill does not move week to week.
Is model usage included?
Model calls run on the endpoint you choose: your own Claude seats, your Anthropic API key, or Claude in Microsoft Foundry. Your provider bills you for that usage directly.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual prepay gets two months free, about 17% off.
What do design partners get?
The first three assessments of each type are free in exchange for regular feedback; after that, 50% off assessments, and 50% off subscriptions for 12 months with the price locked for 24 months.
Can we buy through the Azure Marketplace?
